To be accepted into the Certificate Program in Music Performance an applicant must have earned a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution, and must have an overall grade point average of at least 3.0 in the last two years of undergraduate work.

Applicants must present an audition demonstrating an exceptional level of performance ability. Audition requirements are determined by the individual studio.
This program requires 3 letters of recommendation IF you are applying for a graduate assistantship Please send email requests for such recommendations from within the online system
Please prepare and attach within the online application system a statement of 500 to 1500 words detailing your professional goals and your academic andor career experience to this point

Test of English as a Foreign Language TOEFL 80 iBT graduate.
TOEFL Essential 8 Graduate.
International English Language Testing System IELTS Academic - 6.5 graduate.
Pearson Test of English Academic Module PTE - 54 graduate.


You will be required to complete an audition and or submit a portfolio of documents as appropriate to your intended degree and area of concentration These should be arranged by the applicant with the appropriate faculty member from your intended area of study
