The Conservatory environment provides a supportive and challenging environment for highly gifted and artistically motivated pianists. The intimate atmosphere and unique nature of the conservatory assures piano students a program rich in solo instruction and with a performance emphasis. Undergraduate students engage in piano literature, pedagogy and keyboard skills coursework. Students further grow musically through study in our chamber music program each semester. Performance activities include weekly studio class, weekly performance forum, the annual concerto competition, and guest pianist performances and master classes.
