Our facilities are currently being updated to reflect a modern technological approach that integrates interdisciplinary working and learning community incorporating Virtual Reality and Simulation that creates a variety of learning modes and environments for all students. As you go through the degree you will gain experiences with different sectors for health care and opportunities to explore your own interests through national and internal placements. All of these experiences facilitate and prepare you for graduation and working within modern day podiatry and health care either within the NHS or the private sector.<br><br>We have placements across the NHS University Health Boards within Wales, as well as opportunities to visit private practices that focus on sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. External placements occur in all three levels of the programme. Some students have had the opportunity to to travel to Singapore and New Zealand, experiencing podiatry at other Health Boards.
