To enter our undergraduate programs, at a minimum youll need to have completed Australian Year 12 (or an accepted international equivalent) with a certain grade. You may also need to meet subject prerequisites.

TOEFL Internet based (iBT): Overall score of 79 with 13 in Reading, 12 in Listening, 18 in Speaking and 21 in Writing

Once you've graduated, you may also have the opportunity to undertake postgraduate study in health and science, including clinical programs, or any one of our humanities and social sciences postgraduate programs.The health sciences majors include both theory and lab practice units. For example, if you major in public health, you'll learn about environmental health issues, global health initiatives and health care systems. Or if you major in rehabilitation counselling, you'll explore the psychosocial perspective of health and illness, the issues related to living with chronic health problems, and sports and exercise psychology. You could even take your fascination with the human mind further by majoring in psychological science or study the complex inner workings of the body through the field of human physiological sciences.<br><br>Apply systematic, detailed knowledge and understanding of at least one discipline or interdisciplinary area in the Humanities and Social Sciences. Apply knowledge of human body, individual and community determinants of health and disease, and medical lifestyle interventions using evidence-based practice and research.Develop creative, critical and analytical skills to address problems in a range of social and cultural contexts, Demonstrate high-level, ethical, professional and culturally aware communication skills, Design and conduct independent and collaborative research to achieve evidence- based solutions to complex problems relating to social issues, considering ethical implications and multiple perspectives.<br>After graduation, you could pursue opportunities in a wide range of sectors and industries, including government, healthcare agencies, community health centres, hospitals, rehabilitation centres, geriatric care and private healthcare organisations.
