This innovative programme is designed to enable leaders across all sectors to integrate health and wellbeing into their working environments. Once considered nice-to-have, a strategic focus on the health and wellbeing of all employees, including owners and managers, is now a must-have to attract and retain talent, providing an excellent return on investment for your company. Many organisations are going through a period of unprecedented change, and specialists in workplace health and wellbeing will be critical in successfully managing that culture shift.

This unique programme will be an attractive option for graduates entering the job market and wishing to enhance their employment prospects with a highly sought-after master's qualification. It is also an excellent CPD opportunity for those working in HRM and OSH, management, recruitment and onboarding, as well as educators, health professionals, legal professionals, technologists, career coaches, business mentors, corporate wellbeing consultants, or indeed anybody with a passion for health and wellbeing.

Students will attend classes in our Moylish campus in semesters one (September to December) and two (January to May). Lectures and tutorials are normally condensed into two full days on-campus. This flexible structure allows our learners to balance study, work and home life. All lectures and tutorials are delivered by knowledgeable and enthusiastic lecturers who understand these competing life demands. There are no final exams, and instead continuous assessments are carried out during the term.

In the final semester (June to August), students undertake a piece of independent research on a topic of their choice. Preparation for this piece of independant research begins in Semester 1 and continues through Semester 2, with the final submission taking place in Semester 3. Previous students have looked at topics such as stress & burnout, menopause, healthy eating, neurodiversity, psychological safety, pelvic floor health, sleep, financial wellbeing, and physical activity in the workplace.
