Course overviewThe Covid-19 pandemic has exposed a fragile global food system. It has highlighted changes in consumer demands, and a need to rapidly develop food sustainability. You may be interested in empowering healthy communities. You may want to be part of building a sustainable global food system. We'll prepare you to take on these challenges in the post-pandemic world.Nutrition explores how the body processes nutrients and the impact of this on health. Many diseases are influenced by diet, such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity and certain cancers.You'll use the latest research to understand global nutrition challenges. Our nutrition course combines nutritional biochemistry, practical techniques and physiology. You'll study the drivers of food choice and eating behaviour.
