A baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution or its equivalent from a foreign institution with a GPA of 3.0 or higher in all work attempted in the last 60 credit hours of undergraduate study.

Three recommendations, preferably with at least one from a university faculty member. Recommenders are required to complete a rating form and may also submit a letter if they choose.

A personal interview will be required for the top competitive candidates. Applicants will be contacted by the CMHC program directly if selected to participate in the interview process.
A minimum TOEFL score of 500 paper-based (61 internet-based) for all applicants. A minimum SAT verbal score of 440 or a minimum rSAT Evidence-Based Reading & Writing score of 500,A band score of 6.5 on the University of Cambridge IELTS (International English Language Testing System), band scores range from 9 high to 1 low, 6.5 lies between 6 “competent user” and 7 “good user”.
