The minimum admission standards for candidates for the Clinical Research Operations Certificate program:

A bachelor's degree preferably in a life science, health care discipline, or mathematics/statistics from a regionally accredited university or college in the U.S. (or its equivalent from a foreign institution based on a four-year program) with a minimum GPA of 2.5.

To apply for admission to the graduate Certificate in Clinical Research Operations program, the candidate must submit the following:

An application for graduate admission.
Official transcripts of all prior university or college coursework (undergraduate and graduate).
Three letters of recommendations describing the individual's potential to complete the program (at least one from a current or former employer).
Current professional resume or curriculum vitae.
Application and supplemental documents must be submitted by the published deadline.
These admissions requirements apply only to the graduate certificate program in Clinical Research Operations. Students interested in combining the certificate program with a master's degree will have to meet all admission criteria for that degree.
Grade Point Average: Have a strong overall academic record with a B average or better in the basic courses prerequisite to the area of proposed graduate study. Provisional admission may be considered by some programs. Contact the program coordinator for additional information regarding their acceptance policy.
Level Graduate and undergraduate programs may not be pursued simultaneously.

Online Accelerated Programs (OAP): OAP programs must be pursued independent of any other program.
SpanTran and other NACES companies may not consider a 3-year bachelor's degree as equivalent to a 4-year bachelor's degree in the U.S. If you earned a 3-year bachelor's degree and have no other university degrees, we recommend you first reach out to the evaluation agency to see if they will typically recommend a bachelor's equivalency for your degree.
IELTS (International English Language Testing System), or Duolingo English Test as a part of their application for admission. TOEFL, IELTS, and Duolingo scores are valid for two years from the date the test is administered. A minimum score of 79 (TOEFL iBT) / 550 (TOEFL paper test), 6.5 on the IELTS, or 100 on the Duolingo English Test is required for admission. Please note that satisfactory performance on one of these tests is a requirement for admission but does not guarantee acceptance to the university.
