All applicants must submit Undergraduate and Graduate transcripts. A transcript is an official document issued by the institution you attended that lists all subjects taken and grades earned for each year of study.
All international applicants must submit transcripts in English or accompanied by an English translation.

A language proficiency test is required for applicants for whom English was not the medium of instruction for their undergraduate or graduate degree.
The Master of Science in Healthcare Quality and Safety accepts TOEFL iBT, IELTS Academic, or the Duolingo English Test. Applicants must score a minimum of 100 (TOEFL), 7.5 (IELTS), or 130 and a satisfactory programmatic review of the writing and video samples (Duolingo English Test) to be considered for the program.

The Master of Science in Healthcare Quality and Safety program equips clinicians and clinical administrators with the operational skills and leadership vision to direct effective quality improvement and safety initiatives within their own health care organizations. <br><br>Master of Healthcare Quality and Safety program offers both a full-time one-year option and a part-time two-year option. The model of instruction consists of a blend of traditional coursework, intensive workshops, a longitudinal seminar series and a comprehensive capstone project.<br><br>The Master of Healthcare Quality and Safety program focuses on five key areas of study:<br><br>Operational Quality and Safety<br>Informatics: Clinical Databases, Electronic Health Records and Patient Portals<br>Leadership and Change Management<br>Quantitative Approaches<br>Risk Assessment and Communication<br>The curriculum is tailored to help clinicians improve patient safety and health care quality in an increasingly complex and evolving health care environment.
