Professional applicants will be evaluated on the applicant's professional record and on the extent to which the MBE degree complements the applicant's career and future professional growth. For those students already matriculated in another graduate program who are applying for a dual degree, applicants are considered based on their academic record and on the extent to which the MBE degree complements the applicant's interests and educational goals. Post-bacclaureate students must have a 3.5 GPA. We do not require any standardized tests.

课程简介

宾夕法尼亚大学费尔斯政府学院的公共管理硕士课程的全日制和非全日制学生均可参加该联合计划。目前和将来的学生必须分别向公共行政硕士和生物伦理学硕士申请。申请者必须在MPA和MBE申请中均注明完成双学位的意图。进入一个程序不会影响进入另一个程序。有关Fels政府学院申请程序的信息。
This joint program is open to both full- and part-time Master of Public Administration students at the Fels Institute of Government within the University of Pennsylvania. Current and prospective students must apply to BOTH the Master of Public Administration and the Master of Bioethics independently. Applicants must note on both the MPA and the MBE applications their intention of completing the dual degree. Admittance into one program does not affect admission to the other.
