运动训练理学硕士课程反映了运动训练教育认证委员会（CAATE）的要求，想要参加认证委员会（BOC）考试的学生必须完成该学位。该计划为学生做好预防，诊断和干预包括障碍，功能受限和残疾的医疗条件的准备。学生将能够将课堂和教学知识整合到现实世界的临床经验中，并使用基于证据的研究来领导和成功成为一名高技能的卫生专业人员。
The Department of Clinical & Applied Movement Sciences (CAMS) offers a Master of Science in Athletic Training (MSAT). This degree program offers a challenging pathway for post-baccalaureate students to pursue a career in the prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries and conditions among patients and athletes. The MSAT program will prepare students for the Board of Certification Examination to become a Certified Athletic Trainer. The UNF MSAT program provides students the opportunity to gain valuable clinical experience in a variety of settings, including secondary school, college/university, professional, clinic, and industrial. The Athletic Training Program is a two-year full time program. Upon successful completion of the Program, students will receive a Master of Science in Athletic Training. Admitted students will begin classes during the Summer B semester.
