道森学院（Dawson College）的物理治疗技术课程是一项崭新的，令人兴奋的三年技术文凭，旨在帮助学生成为未来的物理治疗技术人员。这是该省唯一的此类英语课程。物理治疗师会在物理治疗师（物理治疗师）或医师转诊后为患者提供康复服务。物理治疗技术人员在提供治疗时的责任级别取决于患者的诊断类别。为了成为一名理疗技师，成功的毕业生必须是魁北克生理学专业组织（OPPQ）的成员，该组织是监督其成员执业的监管机构。要求具备法语水平。
The Physiotherapy Technology Program will prepare you to work with physicians and physiotherapists to help patients recover from injury and illness. While studying to be a healthcare provider, you will learn hands-on clinical skills that will prepare you for work in a variety of settings. You will get to apply your knowledge while at Dawson by treating community members in our in-house clinic or at affiliated centres. <br>As a student in this program, you will participate in a clinical component during which you will work with patients in hospitals and clinics under professional supervision. These clinical placements will take place during the second and third years of the program.<br>Upon graduation with a DEC in Physiotherapy Technology, graduates are required to apply to the Ordre professionnel de la physiothrapie du Qubec to obtain a license to practise as a Physiotherapy Technologist.
