A high school diploma.
Overall cumulative GPA of 2.5 or greater.
Completion of high school program that focuses on college prep courses including English, biology, and chemistry. It is strongly recommended that incoming freshman take math through pre-calculus or calculus and complete high school physics.
Minimum combined SAT scores of 1,080 (mathematics and verbal).
Students must be able to meet the technical standards of the college and the program so that they can actively participate in all phases of class, practicum and laboratory work, with or without reasonable accommodations.

The university requires a minimum TOEFL score of 550 on the paper version of the test, 213 on the computer-based version or a 79-80 on the internet-based version. IELTS minimum score: 6.5.

The only public program of its kind in Massachusetts, the B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management option is perfect for students interested in careers that integrate health sciences and business. The Pharmaceutical Sciences Marketing and Management option prepares you for a career as a pharmaceutical executive in management, sales or marketing. You'll gain a valuable foundation in health sciences and business, which will prepare you for a variety of job opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry. Students interested in UMass Lowell's MBA program in the Manning School of Business will take a business minor for a direct pathway.
