The following equivalents will be considered: School Certificate: same as GCE with at least two passes at the principal level of the Higher School Certificate. Certificate of matriculation from recognized universities. International Baccalaureate with at least two subjects at the higher level. Other countries: write or email the Admissions Office for information. International English Language Testing System (Academic): Overall score: 6.5 with 6.0 on Writing Band. Test of English Foreign Language Internet-Based Test: Overall Score: 88 with a minimum score of 21 in each of the four areas and a TWE of at least 5.

Our Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences offers a variety of pre-professional programs to help you gain acceptance into vocation-specific schools. Our students also have the option of extending their studies to obtain a BA. Our Pre-Pharmacy program acts as a well-rounded preparation for pharmaceutical studies. You will take a set of required science courses-like cell biology, biochemistry, and organic chemistry-needed for entry into the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of British Columbia.
