营养学

营养学（Dietetics）是一门研究机体代谢与食物营养素之间的关系的一门学科。营养学是研究食物中营养素的性质、分布、代谢作用与机制，以及食物摄入不足所产生影响的一门学科。另外，因为营养学涉及生物化学、分子生物学及公共卫生等领域的知识，所以也有部分学校将营养学的研究生课程定位为多科学的交叉性课程。
