Our interdisciplinary program helps healthcare professionals become advanced practitioners, researchers, managers and educators - and Seton Hall is one of only two schools in New Jersey to offer the health sciences doctorate. Whether your ultimate goals are in the classroom or the boardroom, as a clinician or a researcher, the Seton Hall Ph.D. in Health Sciences program offers a relevant specialization track. Our students can choose to focus on health professions leadership, movement science or speech-language pathology. The Ph.D. in Health Sciences degree program at Seton Hall University is designed for health professionals who are interested in pursuing an advanced research- and scholarship-focused education at the doctoral level. We train advanced practitioners, researchers, managers and educators using a broadly-based global health sciences core curriculum that allows students to choose one of three specialization tracks.<br><br>In an industry that is rapidly changing and evolving, the Ph.D. in Health Sciences program prepares students to be critical thinkers. Our doctoral students are building their intellectual capacity, thus empowering themselves to learn and develop throughout their careers. As future leaders in our field, our Ph.D. students are challenged to creatively imagine, and then build, a new paradigm for healthcare delivery and service.
