The School of Counseling, Human Performance, and Rehabilitation (CHPR) provides a quality education to a heterogeneous student body at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The goal is to prepare students with the special knowledge and skills for professional work in education and human service fields, and to enhance students? abilities to be successful in their chosen fields of study.This program of study is designed to prepare students as health professionals in community health agencies, health maintenance organizations, as well as business and industry wellness programs. It is also designed to assist the entry-level health educator in taking the National Health Education Credentialing examination. This degree requires a 18 hr. course of study. Total hours 120.
