Our General English courses offer three levels of intensity, to help you reach your goals at a pace that suits you. We want you to reach your full potential by learning through doing, and immersing yourself in the most inspirational settings with like-minded people.<br><br>The General English course is an ideal way to improve your ability to communicate effectively and have confidence in your use of English. Our dynamic approach to teaching grammar, pronunciation and conversation using interactive software, individual and group work makes learning engaging and fun while you develop your reading, writing and listening skills.<br><br>General English includes 20 fifty-minute lessons per week in New Zealand (16.6 hours), and is suitable for study on a tourist or working holiday visa. Lessons focus on the key language skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) to help you communicate more effectively.
