Applicants must meet the general School of Science and Technology admission requirements. Expected undergraduate preparation includes a bachelor's degree with a biology major or equivalent from a regionally accredited college or university (minimum GPA 3.0), including the co-requisite courses listed under Prerequisites.
A minimum Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 80 (internet-based) or 550 (paper-based) is required.
The minimum required score for International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is 6.5

课程简介
Study in various areas, from molecular biology to natural history, is available to the student seeking preparation for teaching or for research in modern biology. LLU is a Christian, Seventh-day Adventist university, and values high quality education in the context of Christian belief and pursuit of a supportive relationship between faith and science. Students in the Master of Science in Biology program (non medical/non health related) take advanced biology courses and conduct significant, original research in preparation for writing their thesis. This program emphasizes field-based studies that generally address questions of ecological relevance such as animal biology and marine sciences.
