Students develop proficiency in customer service by applying human relations, communications, and conflict resolution skills, in order to solve problems and exceed customer expectations. The Business, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship department offers an Associate of Applied Arts (AAA) in Management, a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and a Bachelor of Applied Science BAS) in Applied Management.
