Completion of the equivalent of an American upper-secondary school education (approximately 12 years of formal education beginning at age six) as well as the appropriate diplomas or satisfactory results on leaving examinations.
Academic Preparation. Strong academic preparation and a U.S.-equivalent cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (for freshman applicants) or 2.0 college/university grade point average on a 4.0 scale.

Candidates for the BBA may choose not to declare a concentration by completing 31 hours of management core classes plus 12 hours of upper-division (300 level or above) management courses beyond the core from four different concentrations. e.g., Accounting, Finance, International Management, Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Organizational Leadership (Entrepreneurial Studies Track or Organizational Leadership Track), or Production and Operations Management.<br><br>Business Administration and Management is all about learning how to be a boss - how to run a successful, competitive company, and how to interact with clients, employees, shareholders, etc. While in the program, students can expect to take courses in math (economics, finance, accounting and statistics), organizational management, human resources, business law and ethics, public relations, advertising and more. Students can also expect to give a number of presentations and create well-researched reports, as well as work in groups with other students to get an idea of what managing a business is all about. Every business needs people in upper management, so salaries and working conditions will vary. Most graduates start out at lower-level management positions and then are promoted throughout their career.
