The Undergraduate Programs at UC Riverside's School of Business are all about opportunity. Our two programs, the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and our newest Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science, are both highly sought after professional degrees that will teach students the skills they need for a successful career in any industry. With the largest undergraduate business administration program in the UC system and one of only a few actuarial science programs housed within a business school, UCR's School of Business strives to educate students in the art and science of all fields related to business. Here, our students are given the opportunity to explore multiple business functions helping them acquire skills and find their path to a successful future. Management Concentration Requirements (20 Units)<br><br>Focuses on the roles of managers in organizations, including: employee behavior and motivation, bargaining, negotiation, team development, managing diversity, strategic change, organization learning, top management team, managing competitive environments, corporate strategy alliances, and strategy formulation and implementation.<br>Students must complete 20 units of electives in the Management concentration. Students are strongly advised to choose one of the following tracks and select as many courses as possible, and supplement with additional courses as needed to complete the 20 unit requirement: Organizational Behavior & Human Resources or Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
