专为在职专业人员设计，管理方面的DBA具有传统博士学位的严格条件。克利夫兰州立大学DBA学生在商业界和学术界中均担任职务。DBA当前和过去的学生都有机会与教职员工紧密合作，研究各种主题领域，包括：公司治理，全球人力资源/战略，人力资源，组织行为，组织理论，战略，管理DBA 。管理DBA的学生在毕业之前至少发表了两篇经审阅的期刊文章，此外还在国家和国际会议上进行了研究。
Designed for the working professional, the DBA in Management has the rigor of a traditional doctorate degree. Cleveland State University DBA students hold positions in the business community as well as academia. Current and past DBA students have had the opportunity to work closely with faculty members on research in a variety of subject matter areas including: Corporate Governance,<br>Global HR/Strategy, Human Resources,Organizational Behavior,Organizational Theory,Strategy, Management DBA. Management DBA students have have presented research at national and international conferences in addition to publishing at least two refereed journal articles prior to graduation.
