国际学生入学条件

Four year undergraduate degree completed with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the final two years of the degree
Three to five years of work experience preferred (may include volunteering and coaching).
Successful applicants will demonstrate English language proficiency at a graduate level of analysis and thinking.
English as a Second Language (ESL) applicants achieving a minimum iBT TOEFL score of 100, or IELTS score of 7.0 on all bands, are considered to have achieved a graduate level of proficiency, and may be eligible for direct entry to the program.
Applicants scoring lower than this level are eligible to apply for the ESLI Pre-Master's Program (PMP) at the Langley campus or the TLC Pre-Graduate Study Program (PGS) at the Richmond campus. Achievement of a passing grade in ESLI or TLC indicates demonstration of an acceptable level of English language proficiency for program entry.

The MA in Leadership degrees are offered with two foundational curriculum themes – Transformational Servant Leadership and Values-Based Leadership. Our degree program is designed to develop emerging leaders using the Competency Model to become confident and effective servant-leaders for the 21st Century. With specializations in Business, Education, Health Care, General stream as well as several certificate options, there are many ways to integrate leadership in your professional field.<br>Our capstone project is a focused and facilitated Leadership Integration Project (LIP) that applies the leadership competency model, which each learner completes as part of the degree. This project improves leadership capacity and impact across the five diverse sectors upon which MA Lead focuses. Students interested in the Thesis Track must submit an application. Contact the Program Coordinator (leadtwu.ca) for additional details. The Leadership Integration Thesis provides opportunity for students to conduct innovative independent leadership research. The process of research-from identification of a problem for investigation, research design, data, collection and analysis, to written report of findings-is the focus.
