A certified evaluation (course-by-course with GPA calculation) by a NACES member organization is required for all non-US college-level coursework.
First-Year - 3.0 cumulative GPA OR 1120* SAT (evidenced-based reading & writing and math) OR 22 ACT (composite score). *1040 for exams taken prior to March 2016.
TOEFL Paper-Based Test (Accepted through April 2023) - A minimum score of 500.
TOEFL IBT Test - Overall score of 61.
IELTS Academic - Overall band of 6.0. No band below 5.5.
MTELP Computer-Based Test - Level 3. Overall score of 100.
Duolingo - A minimum score of 95.
MTELP Paper-Based Test - Overall score of 76.
SAT - Minimum of 480 on reading/writing.
*Minimum of 500 on critical reading for exam taken prior to March 2016.
ACT - Minimum of 18 on English.

In concert with the mission and goals of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, the Radiography Program is dedicated to the education of students in preparation for entry level clinical practice. Program administration, faculty and staff provide didactic and clinical education opportunities, which adhere to recognized standards, to all eligible students. The Program is committed to graduating students who are prepared to become practicing radiography professionals.<br><br>Learning Outcomes<br>The goals and outcomes of the Radiography Program comprise:<br><br>Students will become clinically competent.<br>Students will display proper radiologic positioning skills.<br>Students will demonstrate proper exposure factor selection.<br>Students will practice proper radiation safety.<br>Students will provide appropriate patient care.
