High?school?Applicant: You will be considered a?high?school?applicant if you are in your final?year?of?high?school, if you have left or completed?high?school, and if you have completed fewer than eight post-secondary courses. Applicants who successfully complete International Baccalaureate (IB) courses with a minimum grade of '5' may use applicable IB courses for the purpose of admission and/or transfer credit. When you apply for admission, final, official transcripts are required for all high school and post-secondary coursework completed. Educational institutions (both high school [secondary] and post-secondary) are required to retain official transcripts for all students regardless of the length of time since your attendance at that school. IELTS - 6.5 (min. 5.0 on each band). TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) - 83 (min. 20 in each of four sections).

Increasing demand for health care nation-wide is expected to create many opportunities in fields related to health care innovation and delivery. Mount Royal's Bachelor of Science-Health Science prepares graduates to participate in this rapidly growing sector by providing them with a solid understanding of human physiology, anatomy and cellular processes. Health Science graduates will be well prepared for further study in health-related professions including medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, veterinary science, and physical therapy. This degree also prepares graduates for entry-level employment in fields including, but not limited to health care, medical research, and product development in the food, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Other opportunities exist within the life sciences sector for employment in more business-oriented roles, such as product development, regulatory affairs, quality control, sales and marketing.
