Biological Sciences looks at life in all its forms. It has a particular focus on the cellular level, from molecular and chemical processes to the details of cellular function.<br><br>In other words, it’s the study of living things - how they respond to each other and the environment around them.<br><br>Our course curriculum is shaped by the work of our world-leading researchers to make sure you’re learning the latest advances. This will also help you gain an understanding of the fundamentals of the field. This course is also ranked in the top 100 by the QS World University Rankings for Biological Sciences.<br><br>You’ll pick modules that interest you throughout the course, and, if you want to, you’ll have the opportunity to transfer onto a different life sciences degree if you choose the relevant modules.<br><br>You have the flexibility to either graduate with BSc (Hons) Biological Sciences or choose a pathway – Bioinformatics or Plant Sciences – to have these added to your degree title.
