High School/University Transcripts
Equivalent of a 2.00 US GPA.
Transcripts for all coursework completed in high school (upper-secondary), English language programs, and university or college. Transcripts should be translated into English by an official translator and/or translating agency.
Unofficial transcripts are sufficient for admission purposes.
Official transcripts are required for athletic eligibility, and may be submitted at a later date.
If you are under 18 years old during your first semester, a copy of your high school diploma is required at least one week before the semester starts.

Studied for a minimum of 3 years with all subjects in English at an international secondary school.
Attended a US high school or secondary school in a country where English is the primary language of instruction for at least one year.
Completed all years of study in a secondary school in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German, or Dutch countries and received passing grades in English.
Attended a U.S. college or university for at least one semester (non-ESL courses).
Attended at least one semester of non-ESL courses at a college or university where English is the primary language of instruction.

This course of study is designed to prepare students for entry level positions in municipal and county law enforcement agencies (i.e. police or sheriffs departments), and/or to transfer to Bachelor's degree programs in Criminal Justice or related fields to prepare for federal or state-level law enforcement positions (i.e., FBI, DEA, INS, etc.) <br>Legal Studies - <br>Demonstrate an understanding of the American Criminal Justice system and the scope of responsibilities of the various local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies beginning with arrest through parole.<br>Articulate the system's objectives, the crime problem, and role expectations of criminal justice personnel, and describe the various agencies and each subsystem within the system.<br>Analyze legal concepts and make rational decisions about case processing. Demonstrate knowledge of the rules of evidence, legal definitions, and concepts of evidentiary law. Apply basic investigative proficiencies.<br>Analyze the role of the Constitution and judiciary in shaping society, the criminal justice system, and our system of government.<br>Examine the issues of judicial review and incorporation of the Bill of Rights and evaluate and assess the effect of the political process on Supreme Court interpretations.<br>Demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills acquired in the social sciences in preparation for continuance of college-level education.
