国际学生入学条件

An official transcript of all collegiate work completed along with a certified translation into English.
An undergraduate grade point average of 3.000 (A = 4.000) is required by CSU regulation for admission.
Minimum TOEFL score for admission without condition is 550 (paper based), or 80 (internet based).
Minimum IELTS score for admission without condition is 6.5.
The Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering welcomes both domestic and international applications from well-qualified students. GRE scores are not required. Competitive applicants will have:

An undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related engineering or science discipline.
An undergraduate GPA of 3.5/4.0 or higher is preferred. Applicants with a GPA between 3.0/4.0 and 3.5/4.0 can also be considered for admission. (A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 is required by the Graduate School.)

The department of chemical and biological engineering offers a curriculum based in math, science and engineering to give our graduates a well-rounded education with a depth of knowledge that prepares them for the many different engineering opportunities available on graduation. Our graduates go on to work in biotechnology, biomedical, microelectronics, environmental consulting, petroleum, chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other private sector industries and with government agencies. The mission of the Department is ''to educate future leaders in chemical and biological engineering who effectively combine their broad knowledge of mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology with their engineering analysis and design skills for the creative solution of problems in chemical and biological technology and for the synthesis of innovative processes and products.''
