To apply for admission to Seattle Colleges, international students must submit an online application, which includes completing a questionnaire, uploading all necessary documents. Depending on your applicant type, you may need to provide different documents and/or information with your application. You must also send all required documents by the deadline and be at least 16 years old by the first day of classes. Documents will be uploaded with the online application. Students who will still be underage (16 or 17) by the start of classes must provide a copy of their high school transcripts or a copy of their high school diploma. Proof of English proficiency is not required for admission to Seattle Colleges. However, if you want to skip the English placement test, you can provide proof of English proficiency in advance.

The Sustainable and Conventional Energy and Control Technology (formerly, Industrial Power & Control) Certificate prepares students for immediate employment and future advancement, in companies or government organizations that manufacture, service, sell, design or support electrical and electronic systems that control machinery, automation, and/or processes. Learning Outcomes Identify and apply technical concepts and terms used in industrial energy and control. Analyze and troubleshoot industrial energy generation, conversion and control systems. Use electronic circuit simulation software for circuit design and analysis. Repair, maintain and install electronic and electrical control systems. Locate, evaluate, and apply relevant information from various sources to address workplace problems.
