国际学生入学条件
A Bachelor's degree from SFU or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
A Cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0/4.33 (B), or a grade point average of at least 3.33/4.33 (B plus) based on the last 60 units of undergraduate courses. Any graduate work is also considered. Individual graduate programs may set a higher admission grade point average.
To qualify for admission to the MASc program, applicants must satisfy the University's admission requirements outlined in the Graduate General Regulations 1.3 and
must have a bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Science or a related area.
must have submitted evidence that they are capable of undertaking original research in engineering science, and
have identified a faculty member willing to act as their Supervisor.
IELTS - The University minimum requirements for English proficiency is an overall band score of 7.0 of the academic (NOT general) test with a minimum of 6.5 in each section.
TOEFL - The University minimum requirement for the internet-based exam is a total score of 93, with a minimum score of 20 in each category. For the paper-based TOEFL test, the University normally requires a score of 580, with TWE 5. Pearson Academic (PTE) - Overall 65 minimum 60 in all of their sections.

The master of applied science (MASc) is a full-time program to pursue advanced studies in the area of mechatronics. The primary component of the program is the thesis, which reports the results of an independent research investigation or creative design carried out by the student. Candidates must have strong aptitude for research, including strong analytical and practical problem solving skills in multidisciplinary areas including mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering.<br>Graduate studies at SFU School of Mechatronic Systems Engineering are designed to develop advanced theoretical and applied technical knowledge.
