Our master of science, master of engineering, and graduate certificate in additive manufacturing and design programs offer students and working engineers a unique opportunity to become technically outstanding experts in additive manufacturing in residence at University Park or online via Penn State World Campus. All additive manufacturing and design (AMD) students are required to enroll in five core courses (19 credits) that cover additive manufacturing processes, materials for additive manufacturing, the engineering and scientific principles of additive manufacturing, design for additive manufacturing, and a hands-on laboratory experience in additive manufacturing.
