国际学生入学条件

You must upload a resume and copies of your transcripts from previous institutions. You also need to provide the email addresses of two professors or other academic authorities familiar with your work. Detailed information about the requirements, how to provide documents, and how to pay the application fee is given on the Faculty of Graduate Studies before you apply page.
When all required documents, including English proficiency score and referee reports are in, your application will be checked against the University's minimum requirements, and if those are met, passed on to the Department of Chemistry for review.

We require a minimum score of 90 from the internet-based TOEFL (IBT). You must also score at least 20 points each in the listening, speaking, reading and writing sections. We require a minimum score of 575 on the paper-based TOEFL. We require minimum overall band score of 6.5 on the IELTS. No individual component can have a score lower than 6.0. We will only accept results from the Academic IELTS.

Modern challenges in chemistry need new approaches and techniques. As a graduate student in chemistry, you'll study and work in a renowned centre of innovative research. We offer MSc and PhD graduate degrees and emphasize special areas of research over the traditional sub-disciplines of chemistry. You'll have access to resources and facilities that will help you hone your research skills. Your research will be overseen by our faculty, which include Canada Research Chairs. We'll provide you with international networking opportunities to help you establish your career. In the MSc program you'll take courses to broaden your knowledge, but research will be the core of your degree. We'll give you the tools to become an efficient and productive scientist. In our MSc, you'll learn skills that will help you in your future careers. You'll be encouraged to publish your research in scientific journals and also have the opportunity to present at conferences.
