Bachelor degree (major in Computer Science or Computer Engineering) with a minimum average of 75% overall (international applicants are strongly encouraged to submit a valid GRE score report)
Students who have completed secondary schooling, an undergraduate program, or a graduate program at a recognized institution where the language of instruction is English will normally not require an English proficiency test. If the institution is located outside of Canada and/or the language of instruction is not clearly indicated on the official transcript, applicants are advised to provide a letter from their university stating the language of instruction.
TOEFL - Paper-based score of 550 or higher, or Internet-based with a score of 80 or higher.
IELTS - An average band score of 6.5 or higher on the academic test.

Admission into a Master's program in Computer Science is restricted to candidates holding at least a Bachelor degree (major in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering) with a minimum average of 75% overall. When circumstances warrant, this requirement may be waived on the recommendation of the Head of the Department. Applicants should also refer to the Qualifications for Admission given under the Regulations Governing the Degree of Master of Science within the School of Graduate Studies section of the current Calendar. International applicants are strongly encouraged to submit results of the (general) Graduate Record Examination (GRE) test if their records demonstrate outstanding results (above 75% of the applicants or higher).
