You should also discuss longer term goals and describe how your background prepares you to pursue this degree. Graduate Record Exam scores (general exam only) taken within the last two years. IELTS: 7.0, TOEFL ibt: 100, TOEFL pbt: 600

University Requirement: Hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, or have done work equivalent to that required for such a degree. Have adequate preparation to enter graduate study in the chosen field. Have at least a 2.75 (2.00=C) undergraduate grade point average.

The Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICTD) track of the Technology, Media & Society master's program prepares students to leverage technology in support of underserved communities in the US and around the world. Graduates of the ICTD track are creative problem-solvers, tackling some of the world's biggest issues. Learning in the ICTD program prepares students to apply information and communication technologies (ICT) to address social issues for the greatest social impact. Students understand that the most effective and culturally appropriate solutions balance technology and societal need, through a project-based curriculum, students learn to critically evaluate and apply both.
