A bachelorâ€™s degree or equivalent, or
A diploma and one to three yearsâ€™ relevant professional experience, or
A minimum associate degree
A three-year diploma considered equivalent to an Australian advanced diploma
A TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) paper-based score of 550 and TWE of 5.0.
A TOEFL Internet-based score of 60 and writing score of 16 with no other bands less than 14.
An Academic IELTS (International English Language Testing System) overall score of at least 6.0, with no score below 5.5.

The course covers the first eight subjects of the Master of Information Technology. If you progress to the master's degree, you'll be given credit for the subjects you studied during the diploma. Flexible entry requirements mean a variety of previous educational and work experience may be taken into account. Graduates of the MIT are eligible for full professional membership of the Australian Computer Society (ACS), which is the highest level possible.
