We do not require a GRE test score. Resume that includes professional educational history and any leadership experience. Statement of Purpose that addresses the following: Please limit your response to 250 words or less. Written Essay that addresses the following:Please limit your response to 500 words or less, Three letters of recommendation are required as part of the ELP recommendation process. One must be from a current supervisor. The other two may be from a previous supervisor, a colleague, or someone with knowledge of your leadership potential. These letters should be uploaded to the AY Application. A bachelor's degree from a regionally-accredited U.S. college or university or from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education in their home country. The Office of International Admissions will determine if applicants with international degrees meet the Graduate School's requirement of a recognized bachelor's degree.
At least a 3.0 or higher undergraduate weighted mean GPA on a 4.0 scale. If the undergraduate GPA is below 3.0, a GPA will be calculated for the last two years attended if schooling was done at a foreign institution, and based upon the last 60 semester hours (90 quarter hours) if the student attended a U.S. institution. English proficiency may be demonstrated by graduate applicants in one of the following ways: TOEFL: minimum score of 80 (Internet-based test) or 550 (paper-based test), IELTS: An overall minimum band score of 6.5

Students seeking this degree aspire to future positions as teacher leaders within a school or district setting. Students will develop strategies for influencing organizational change and supporting school improvement efforts. Students will learn to challenge traditional assumptions and perspectives embedded in organizational practices to improve the educational experiences and equitable outcomes for students and the school community. The program is designed to develop instructional leadership capacity in educators to enhance instruction and learning through leadership development in K12 schools.

关于犹他大学
