Impact of Student Learning (NCATE Principle C- Instructional Practice) Effective elementary mathematics specialists provide evidence demonstrating student growth as a result of their instruction Professional Knowledge and Skills (NCATE Principle D - Professional Responsibility) Effective elementary mathematics specialists demonstrate mathematics-focused instructional leadership.
