The MEd in Educational Administration, emphasis in School Administration at UMSL is intended for educators interested in being a change-agent. This innovative program fulfills the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education requirements for school principal licensure, and is grounded in current research and best practices in leadership development. This advanced degree prepares highly effective administrators to engage in reflective practice, drive gains in student achievement and development, create equitable and efficacious school cultures and utilize strategic planning to organize and track progress toward goals.
