国际学生入学条件
Official transcripts from each university or college attended, showing completion of a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution. If applying from outside the U.S., the applicant's transcript should show the equivalent of a bachelor's degree.
Official Graduate Record Exams (GRE) scores. (You do not have to take and submit GRE scores if your undergraduate grade point average was over a 3.2)
Three letters of recommendation by former professors who are familiar with your academic performance. If mailed, these individuals should directly mail their letters to the College of Arts and Sciences.
A statement of purpose
Students for whom English is a second language must submit TOEFL scores of at least 79 and at least 6.5 on the IELTS.
Provide certification of finances (for students who are applying for a visa)
A photocopy of your passport
Upon acceptance, the student may be issued a valid I-20 to process the F1 student visa. It is the applicant's responsibility to request a visa. The University of Indianapolis will have no role in the application process for a visa.

With an MA in history from UIndy, you'll have that broad perspective to put into place in your career, whether you're a teacher or in another field. After all, our program serves all those who seek to further their understanding of historical relevance in today's world. Through historical research, writing, and analysis, you'll be prepared to make better-informed decisions no matter your goals.<br><br>ADVANTAGES<br>All courses are small grad-only seminars meeting one night per week<br>At least two seminars are offered each semester and during the summer term<br>Each course is worth 4.5 credits toward the minimum 36 credits required for the History M.A. degree (18 credits required for the Dual Credit U.S. History Teaching Certificate)<br>Our History seminars cover a broad range of topics, from War in the Modern World to the Civil Rights Movement, students may also take up to two elective courses in a related discipline
