a Bachelor of Education from the University of Sydney or equivalent qualification and either the completion of postgraduate studies, or professional experience equivalent to one year full-time in a field considered by the School to be appropriate to the program of study, or
a bachelor's degree and either the Diploma in Education or Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching from the University of Sydney or equivalent qualification, or
a bachelor's degree from the University of Sydney or equivalent qualification and either the completion of postgraduate studies in Education, or professional experience equivalent to two years full-time in a field considered by the School to be appropriate to the program of study.
IELTS score A minimum result of 6.5 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band
TOEFL - IBT score A minimum result of 85 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing

Taught by active researchers and designed for experienced educators, leaders and future leaders of education, this flexible and rigorous degree will enhance your knowledge and practice and deepen your understanding of educational theory and research.<br><br>The Master of Education is a postgraduate coursework degree that will broaden your knowledge in educational theory, administration, research and policymaking. You will complete a stream in your chosen field including stream core and elective units and a capstone experience comprising a semester-long special project or a year-long dissertation.<br>Additionally, you will complete a stream elective and postgraduate education units as needed to meet the requirements of the course.
