Candidates are normally required to hold five GCSE subjects at grade C/4 or above, including Mathematics and English Language.

BTEC level 3 Extended Diploma in any subjects

Same detailed entry requirements as above. To include: five GCSEs at grade C/4 including English and Mathematics. Sponsorship from an approved employer within the industry.
International Baccalaureate (IB)
Pass English Language (A1/A2) with 4 or above at Higher Level (HL), or 5 or above at Standard Level (SL)
Pass English Language (B) with 4 or above at Higher Level (HL) only
All non-UK applicants must meet our English language requirements. For this course it is Academic IELTS of 6.0, with no element below 5.5.

课程简介
On this course, you'll gain detailed knowledge of building maintenance, care, conservation and structure, reflecting the work of a building surveyor. You'll study the business and legal aspects of property and construction. You'll learn how to advise clients of legal and financial implications resulting from the condition of buildings.<br> <br>You'll examine building designs, poor, good and/or sustainable. You'll use sketching and computer-aided design packages. You'll also examine reasons for constructions and buildings failing, which is a key knowledge base for chartered building surveyors. A major group project and an independent research project will give you the opportunity to showcase your learning.
