Join us in protecting our planet and improving human health with an environmental science degree.<br><br>Collaborate with real-world agencies and organizations on research, internships and project opportunities.<br>Gain practical experience, taking classroom learning outdoors.<br>Choose your focus: environmental health and safety or environmental resource management.<br><br>Gain real-world knowledge through key environmental science courses including:<br><br>Water Quality Lab:Use equipment and techniques to assess quality parameters of surface and ground water.<br><br>Environmental Toxicology Lab: Gain experience collecting and analyzing air, water and soil samples. Activities have included conducting water quality monitoring onboard the research vessel, RV Environaut.<br><br>Climate Change and Energy: Learn how complex factors contribute to global climate change, along with topics including conventional and renewable energy technologies.
