Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores (V, Q, Analytical Writing). Your application will not be processed without these scores.
Teaching of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score required if your bachelor's degree was from a school in which English was not the primary language of instruction.
Official transcripts from your undergraduate institution(s). Students who completed their undergraduate degree at Fresno State do not have to submit a transcript.
Statement of Research Interest (approx. 500 words) which addresses a specific area of research interest.
Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume.
Three letters of recommendation from individuals who can discuss your academic qualifications. At least one of these should be from a current professor, advisor, or employer. Letters can be emailed directly to sbenes@csufresno.edu by their author.
Transcripts: scanned copy of an official transcript from your undergraduate institution, or a website download, is acceptable for the department level application
GRE scores: electronic copy of the Test Taker Score Report which the student receives from ETS is acceptable.
TOEFL score: for those required to take this exam, score of 80 (internet-based exam).
Grade point average (GPA) for the last 60 units (minimum 2.75)
PBT- 550, IELTS 6.5,
have attained a grade point average of at least 2.5 in an acceptable earned baccalaureate degree, OR
have attained a grade point average of at least 2.5 (A = 4.0) in the last 60 semester (90 quarter) units attempted

课程简介
The Department of Plant Science offers a Masters degree program which provides students with an excellent opportunity to further their studies in broad areas of plant science including agronomy, soil-water relations, plant physiology, ornamental horticulture, entomology, pathology, and weed management.The program consists of 30 units of coursework which includes required courses in plant physiology, laboratory techniques, experimental design, technical writing and formal presentation of research reports along with electives and a thesis project. Students work closely with their faculty advisors to formulate and conduct an original research project in their area of interest.
