All employment by the applicant in social work, criminal justice, and related areas, including dates and employing organizations. Employment unrelated to social work or criminal justice within the past five years. Information on any past or current professional licenses held. You must have attended this institution for at least one year and the degree was earned at an institution in the United States, and you have lived and worked continuously in the U.S since earning the degree.
