Academic Transcripts -
You must submit transcripts from every school or college you have attended including -
transcripts from every high school attended grades nine through 12 or equivalent.

If your transcripts are in a language other than English you must submit -
the original transcripts in native language.

US High School Students -
If you attend a US high school, you must submit every transcript from each high school you attended grades nine through 12 including -
US high school transcripts.
transcripts from any high schools you attended in your home country.

They do not accept grades from your home country that have been transferred to or adjusted by your US high school This is why you must include the transcripts from your home country.
Your core coursework grades must meet one of the following requirements -
GPA of 2.5 or higher on a U.S. 4.0 scale.
GPA of 3.5 or higher on a U.S. 5.0 scale.
Average grades of 80 or higher on a 100-point scale.
Average grades of 8 or higher on a 10-point scale.
IGCSE scores of C or higher in five or more subjects AND three A-level certificates with a C or higher.
Duolingo - Minimum Online Score - 110, Minimum Section Score - 100.
TOEFL IBT - Minimum Overall Score - 79, Minimum Section Score - 17.
IELTS - Minimum Overall Score - 6.5, Minimum Section Score - 6.0.

Women's and Gender Studies is an interdisciplinary field that establishes gender, sexuality, race, class, and dis/ability as fundamental categories for understanding social structures, cultural norms, and power dynamics. Combining research methods from the humanities and social sciences, the WGST major strengthens critical thinking, writing and research skills, highlights multiple forms of knowledge, and encourages students to think of themselves and others as citizens of a diverse world. WGST scholars produce a wide-variety of analytical, creative, and activist works, investigating intersecting forms of inequalities and oppression's in local and global contexts.<br><br>When students graduate with a emphasis in Women's and Gender Studies, they should be able to:<br><br>Apply cross-cultural and global awareness to big questions about gender<br>Have a comprehensive grasp of intersectionality and matrices of power<br>Think critically: i.e. consider an issue from multiple perspectives, locate, evaluate and interpret diverse sources, engage in critical self-reflection<br>Construct arguments with evidence obtained from research<br>Work collaboratively<br>Recognize sexist/racist writing and thinking<br>Connect knowledge and experience, theory and activism, Women's and Gender Studies materials with other courses<br>Communicate effectively in writing and speech<br>Apply knowledge for social transformation, citizenship
