The Diversity Management specialization provides mid-career adults the opportunity to develop the change leadership skills and cultural competence necessary to work effectively in today's organizations. Graduates of this distinctive Master's in Psychology increase their ability to foster organizational excellence by learning how to lead diverse people in a complex global environment. The Diversity Management specialization is a uniquely designed executive MBA-style format.
