Undergraduate courses in statistics and research methodology are recommended.
Typical admitted students have at least a 3.5 GPA and GRE verbal and quantitative combined scores of at least 305 (or 1100 verbal and quantitative for the Old GRE’s).

GRE Scores from the Verbal and Quantitative sections of the Graduate Record Examination. GRE subject test scores are not required or recommended for submission.
Two (but preferably three) letters of recommendation addressing your potential for graduate study in psychology. A statement about the applicant’s personal and professional goals (including research areas of interest and faculty you would like to work with). A writing sample (e.g., a research paper written as part of undergraduate psychology course) is encouraged, but not required.
TOEFL: The minimum internet-based TOEFL score is 79, IELTS: An acceptable IELTS score is 6 or greater.

The Graduate Program in Psychological Science at Rutgers University?Camden is a 30-credit course of study leading to the Master of Arts degree. The program provides a foundation in research design and data analysis and an opportunity for individually supervised research apprenticeships. Our curriculum and training emphasizes scientific research methods that can be used to assist in the solution of real-world problems. Funding opportunities for highly qualified students. Two different tracks: thesis track for students interested in further doctoral study and capstone track for non-academic research careers.Weekly lecture series that allow students to engage with research. Optional teaching experience through our Teaching in Psychology course.
