Typically, students' first year is spent in the Master of Arts program, where they complete their master's degree. During the second year, students work to complete a specialist's degree in education (Ed.S.). Students typically spend their third year in schools as a School Psychologist Intern. <br><br>Our program will prepare you to apply for your School Psychologist license through the Kansas Department of Education and enable you to apply for your national certification through the National Association of School Psychologists. Students come to the School Psychology program from many backgrounds including students who recently graduated with their bachelor's degree and full-time professionals needing to coordinate their class schedule around their work schedule. Also, our program has a 100% pass rate on the national school psychologist exam as well as 100% placement rate of graduates finding employment as a school psychologist. We accept applications for students interested in starting in the fall, spring, or summer. Application deadlines are March 1 for summer or fall admission and October 1 for spring admission.
