First-time freshmen Provide high school high school transcripts must be in English and indicate proof of graduation Must have an overall GPA of 2.5 or higher.
Any transcript from a college or university outside of the USA will require a course-by-course analysis.
All Transfers - Provide high school high school transcripts must be in English and indicate proof of graduation if transferring with less than 60 total college or university units Must have an overall GPA of 2.4 or higher.

First-time freshmen must submit ONE of the following -
TOEFL - Score of 61 iBT required Request scores to be sent to school code 4110.
IELTS Score of 5.5 required with a minimum of 5.5 in each section.
SAT with a score of 550 or higher in the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing Section.
Pearson Test Examination PTE Minimum score of 43.

The Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice is designed to empower students as critical thinkers, effective oral communicators, and competent writers on subject matters of crime and justice, to include: (1) the nature, extent, and causation of crime, (2) knowledge in research methods and statistical applications to promote an understanding of criminal behavior and to assess the effectiveness of criminal justice policies, (3) the role of criminal law in the regulation of human conduct and maintenance of stability in society, (4) the philosophy, theory, policies, practices, processes, and reform of the U.S. police agencies at the federal, state, and local levels, (5) the philosophy and goals of criminal punishment and to understand the structure, processes, and reform of the U.S. correctional agencies at the federal, state, and local levels.
